Anyone having trouble with Bluejeans conferencing and ZIA on the ZApp

Hello -

 We have been having intermittent issues with our Bluejeans Web Conferencing software and users have discovered that disabling the Internet Security portion of the Zapp allows the user to connect to the Bluejeans conference.  Most users are on a Windows Laptop.

Just curious if anyone has seen this.

Hi Joe,

Haven’t used that tool before, but disable SSL inspection maybe a good start, if the app use SIP over SSL.
