Since Zscaler does not have telegram listed in the zscaler cloud app control policy, does anyone has found out the custom url that manage to block images/doc/voice note while allowing text?
Also do we have any idea or KB that I can refer on how to get the url so that I can try to test it.

You have to generate specific traffic and see list of URLs or sub URLs generated by the telegram APP.
Hi Ramesh, is this specific URL to block user from sending any attachment? because I tested and still able to upload file and send.
