what is the best way to block android & IOS phones updates ?

You can block the Mobile device update with following step.

  • Get the logs for Android and IOS update from web insight
  • Enable SSL and apply block policy to the selected url/domains.

Since, ZIA don’t have yet any Cloud APP for such traffic.

Please be aware that enabling SSL inspection for mobile devices can and more than likely will break some mobile apps due to Certificate Pinning.
