Critical Alerts received in Email is not shown on UI

Hello team,

My customer receives alert from Zscaler for possible malware. These alerts do not indicate

  1. Action taken ( as if blocked… etc )
  2. How do we correspond this Event ID alert to Malware data on Dash board, I do not see any record of this Dashboard or web logs.
