Hi Guys,

I would like to know if it’s possible customize the End User Notification text. Do you know if can I set the notification text in HTML? or CSS, Javascript

We need to put a link to users open tickets to JIRA Atlassian.

Yes you can customize most of the end user notification pages.

We have also added links to our Service Desk as well as things like self-heal scripts.
