We are trying to enable “AD” authentication for Zscaler portal administrators (instead of creating accounts in the portal), and we’re having a hard time getting it to work.

Are youbgetting any error message?.
Note that the authorization will happen from portal. So you have to create a reference account in pprtal as well.

This seems error from the idp itself. Have you configured relaying party for administrator. ?.
AD team tells me this is done.
Other check that can I do ?
