Error message when usign ZIA with MS intune Azure AD

We receive a network error with Zapp after intune reinstalls the app. I believe it to be intune security policies but I wanted to see if anyone else experienced this?

Hi John,

Network I/O Error with permission denied would usually mean that Z App is having issues attaching to an interface or other resource.

I have seen this one before with InTune and it related to the Windows Information Protection policies. In this case, the customer had to whitelist the ZSATray.exe process for Zscaler by adding it to the Exempt Apps list in Windows Information Protection.

More details about whitelisting are available here (though in the example above it was just the ZSATray process triggering this). https://help.zscaler.com/z-app/zscaler-app-processes-whitelist

Can you give this a shot and let me know?

Cheers

David

Will do. Thank you so much!
