Help with ZCC error - Username not valid (10110)

A user has reported this error. I cant find anything on ZIA Help about it. (like here)

The user previously had been running ZCC without issue. Now he is getting this issue. We have uninstalled ZCC and our SCCM re-installed it. After a reboot the user is presented with a Login screen. When he clicks Login the Windows Authentication takes over an he gets the error - he is not getting the SSO login (Okta) screen,

Do they login to ZCC with the same account as their Windows laptop?

Yes, the users Windows Login is the same as their SSO login. I figured it might be something involving IWA.
I can report that the issue resolved itself some time later without any actions being taken. We have some ZCC exported logs so I will open a support case.
