Sometimes I run into a URL that I feel should be categorized differently. What mechanisms exist for me to request that Zscaler re-categorize the URL?

There are 3 different ways by which administrators can submit a URL to be re-categorized.
- Submitting a change request ticket at https://help.zscaler.com/submit-ticket
- Looking up existing URL category at https://sitereview.zscaler.com/ and suggesting a modified category
- Administrators/end users can also submit a review of a URL from the End Users Notification’s page. Steps to enabling this configuration in admin portal can be found here
