How to allow non-RFC compliant DNS traffic

We have the traffic to _sips._tcp.govsipsv02.zoomgov.com being blocked by policy action of “Not allowed non-RFC compliant HTTP traffic”
_sips._tcp.govsipsv02.zoomgov.com is hardcoded into ZoomGov client and required for ZoomGov Phone to work correctly.
Is there a way to allow non-RFC compliant DNS quires for _sips._tcp.govsipsv02.zoomgov.com ?
