Internal Error, Please contact Administrator. [- 13]

We are getting Internal Error, Please contact Administrator. [- 13] error while logging in to ZCC.

Can some one let me know whats this related to ?

There are a lot of people having such errors like “Internal error please contact administrator. [3100] - #3 by Miguel” , so better try to remove and install the client connector again with admin rights or remove the user device (there is even a limit as the number of devices per user) from the mobile portal and check the zscaler client connector logs. If nothing helps upgrade the client connector version to latest or if you recently upgraded it return to the old version.

If needed just open a case to the TAC.
