Internal error please contact administrator-[3005]

Getting [3005] recently on Zscaler client connectors. The logout & exit password also
does not seem to work.? Any suggestions

Is this happening in the office or for home users ?

Yes the issue is for home users…ZCC version is 3.6.0.26

Did you try if issue is present in version 3.6.1.17?

3005 error occurs when there is an issue with WMI classes on the PC.
Repair/re-build WMI classes on the affected PC and reboot it & then try re-installing ZCC.

it is a WMI Error.
Put this into a *.bat file and run it as Administrator.

net stop winmgmt /y

wmiprvse /regserver
winmgmt /regserver
sc config winmgmt start= auto

for /f %%s in ('dir /s /b *.mof *.mfl') do mofcomp %%s
