Internet Security stays Disabled forever

I am currently on MacOS Catalinda 10.15.5, I don’t remember since when my ZIA status shows Disabled, I’ve talked with internal IT who can’t figure out the issue, can somebody shed a light here? Thanks.

I can send through the log along with any results upon checking if required

What version of Zscaler App / Client connector are you running? (you can see this from the More menu item in the app). Catalina requires at least version 2.1.0
