I have a user that is getting the following error in the ZCC. JavaScript is disabled, please press the submit button to proceed
When the person clicks the submit button it does nothing, Has anyone ever seen this issue and know how to resolve it

Brandon, any chance you could include a screenshot of where your user is witnessing this? I would also open a ticket for additional support.

Hi Brandon,
This issue is caused by Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration, usually found on Windows Server versions. This must be disabled for ZCC to work.

FIX below in client OS for JavaScript is disabled:

  1. Go to internet options (search or go to internet explorer → settings → internet options)
  2. In the tabs go to security (under internet tab) → custom level → Scripting → Active scripting → enable → ok
  3. Restart the Zscaler services and you will be good to go
