Login Script/Mapped Drives

Hi all I am wondering how you are handling login scripts/mapped drives. We are new to ZPA, and the moment many users need to “touch” their mappings if they are persistent. If they aren’t they loose the drive. Any tips?

Hi Greg, Yeah I seen this issue before, there are some workarounds, with making some scripts, check out this link https://support.microsoft.com/da-dk/help/4471218/mapped-network-drive-may-fail-to-reconnect-in-windows-10-version-1809. I hope this helps.

Greg, the current workaround is to run a script, once ZPA comes on. There is an Enhancement Request (ER) for ZApp to invoke scripts when ZPA service comes on.

Tony, nice to hear from you

Hello Kshah,
Can you provide the ER number?

Peter, this is ER-4605.

Kunal, are there also any news on this topic regarding scripts after connecting ZPA?

Maximilian, the ER is still on the roadmap, but no other updates at this time.
