customer is getting the following error during NSS MCAS integration.
“Exceeded the limit of API calls to the MCAS portal. Try again later.”
In the help, its mentioned that we can add up to 25,000 custom URLs (across all categories), and up to 48 custom categories. If you have reached the maximum number of custom categories, the sync will fail.
the customer has extended his limit of customer URLs to 256 and currently, now has 121 custom category. my query is that does the customer need to delete all the extra categories beyond 48 if he needs to use MCAS
