Not getting any logs for configured app on ZPA

Hello Team,

We have configured a printer on ZPA portal to be accessed from remote location, but when user is trying to print files on printer through ZPA he’s not able to print, we tried checking in logs if there’s any policy issue ir port no issue, but we are not getting any loga for that printer traffic, we tried ping and telnet command from app connector to the printer everything is okay but still user cant access printer and we are also not getting any logs for that traffic please help if anyone has solution for this.
