Purchasing ZPA Licenses (current ZIA customer)

Hi there, we are a 3,000 ZIA ZScaler Customer currently, we are interested in looking at ZPA for a subset of users, we would like to begin with 100 ZPA licenses as a Proof of Concept.

If this POC is success, we move to production - can we then purchase 500 ZPA licenses? My question essentially is can we buy subset of users (protect with ZPA) we have currently using ZIA is my question.

I would like to also ensure the potential ZPA licensing bundle that includes Browser Access.
