we use zApp on our workstations. Our users are assigned a IP address from the San Francisco IV block that appears to be cached on the client (I have had the same IP address for one week now).
The problem is that at some of the zScaler IPs assigned are black-listed as SPAM / BOT suspicious.
We use Cloudflare to protect our company site. Our users are directed to the company site for business several times per day. For the users assigned the suspicious IPs they are challenged by a Captcha the first time they visit the site each day, sometimes several times per day.
Is there any way to have the zApp get/request a new IP address assigned so that the users are not stuck with the suspicious IP address?
