Shadow Policy in zscaler

Hello everyone,

I searched in Zscaler help for information regarding the shadow policy, but until now I didn’t find any clear answer.
In my understanding, a shadow policy refers to the rule that follows a policy with higher priority.
How can Zscaler detect a shadow policy?
Is the feature of a shadow policy configurable on the ZIA portal/ dashboard? If so, in what ways?

I might be missing the mark, but are you referring to the Application Risk policy? There is also the shadow IT report. I haven’t heard about a shadow policy before. Would be interesting to hear more about it.
