I’m wondering if anyone has run into an issue where users with shared activation accounts for MS Office have not been able to signin to onedrive/office/other O365 apps after their windows 10 machine was updated to 2004? It doesn’t seem to matter if it’s zscaler client connector v126.96.36.199 or v188.8.131.52, we get the same results. When we disabled the zscaler client connector and set an explicit proxy in the browser, the issue was resolved. Has anyone seen this behavior and can explain what’s happening?
