Yes. We do have a DC issue on Shift that we are working on mitigating. You should see it working in a bit.
For business impact issues, please prefer using our support portal instead of communities page, as the Support SLAs are more responsive.
I have a P1 ticket open already with support. Was just canvasing other users to see if they had issues as well as there is nothing on your Trust portal about this outage which sounds like it’s impacting all customers.
Add SHIFT to the Trust portal.
