Some Users in ZIA admin portal not showing in ZCC portal

Not sure what is happening and if anyone have had a similar issue.

I just realized that some of the accounts created in Azure AD and currently available in my ZIA admin portal are not available in Zscaler Client Connector App portal.

I thought it was provisioning issue between Azure AD and Zscaler, but since the users are available under users management > users, i am sure it is not.

Does anyone have an idea what could be going on and how i can resolve this?


I would suggest manually syncing the database and see if the issue is resolved. If not, submit a support ticket to ensure your Azure AD is configured properly to update. It may require setting up SCIM in order to get more dynamic user database updates.

I realized that the reason those accounts were not displaying is because there have not been registered in ZCC portal with any device.

So browser-authenticated clients using a PAC file or tunnel to Zscaler I assume.
