I am getting an odd issue that I recently discovered.
When browsing to a site like whatsmyip, or ip.me to see a user’s public IP, it shows their home router IP only once. If you refresh then it comes back with a ZIA address.
I am not really sure how to tackle this? Anybody have any suggestions?
That should not happen because ZPA should take over DNS resolution and application connectivity persistently. I recommend you open a support case for this.
yeah that is what is baffeling to me too. i will go ahead and open a ticket with some print screens and log captures so they can take a look at it.
