Timeout Error While Checking Saas Security Report

When I try to navigate to Analytics > SaaS Security report > Applications, the page is incredibly slow and after some time I get the following error: “Error! timeout of 90000ms exceeded”
I can see details in other tabs under SaaS Security Report such as Assets, Alerts&Activities, Security Configuration

I have the CASB license and already configured several SaaS application tenants.

I would be happy to receive any feedback from anyone who has insight on this topic, thanks in advance.


Better see with the support as maybe it is an issue with your Zscaler Central Authority (CA). Maybe if the CA is in for example EMEA but you are in the APAC region there could be some slowness.

Also see if there was an issue where your CA is located in the Trust Zscaler site:
