Is there an option from ZScaler GUI to run a trace route from ZScaler datacenter to a public IP address of customer to identify if there are any delays on th return path.
This would be helpful for troubleshooting.

In the meantime, it may be simpler to use a workstation exempted from the tunnel, install ZApp, and use ZAnalyzer.
