We subscribe to the ‘latest version’ of the Zscaler Client Connector, and it looks like in the past couple of weeks we’ve been upgraded from version 1 to 2.

Also in the past couple of weeks we’ve been having more and more reports of users not being able to access corp resources since connecting. This is usually resolved by disconnecting/reconnecting, or restarting.
Could there be a link? The next person to report it I plan to tell them the ‘disable’ password to see if it springs to life, however I suspect a reconnect would still be required which then leaves us uncertain if disabling the app helped or just the disconnect/reconnect fixed it.
Any other troubleshooting tips welcomed. Thanks
