Zac bot is horrible!

Hello Jey,

i really wanted to thank you for sharing some more details about the work on Zac.
It’s always nice to get some transparency on what is going on!

It’s nice to have the button back and I also like the idea for the “suggestions of required files for troublehsooting”.
Will this feature be Zac only, or will it also come to the regular ticket creation without bot?
