Have rolled out over 5,000 zapp, used strictenforcement for rollout but the disable/logout password has become too widely known. Any way to tell how many users have logged out? After changing the password, is there any way to force enable deployed zapp?
We have some enhancements in one of the next Z App releases that will give some of this control you are looking for. This includes a grace period for re-activation of Z App, and rotating one-time passwords.
Regarding telling how many users have logged out, currently the best way to do this is to look at the devices list in the Zscaler App Portal and see which devices are listed as ‘Unregistered’. You can then see the Last Seen time to see when the device unregistered from the system.
