Zapp Tunnel 2.0 NAT device

could you explain us this extract on you knowledge base “For Z-Tunnel 2.0, use a NAT device that doesn’t require a different egress IP for each device’s separate sessions, because doing so might cause Z App to fall back to Z-Tunnel 1.0” ?

This basically means that because Z App can establish multiple connections to our infrastructure (for instance a data and control channel), if the egress IP for each of those is different, the connections could land in different data centers. This would result in Z App detecting an issue and falling back to Ztunnel 1.0.
