ZDX Login Broken for Multiple People

Starting yesterday we’ve received 3 reports of Read Only Admins in our ZDX portal receiving a 403 error when trying to login. I checked the audit logs and the login attempts are ironically showing as successful. I also confirmed none of the users’ passwords expired. Anyone run into this before??


The issue ended up being that the latest admin portal release broke a custom role for our End User Computing team. The “Configuration” access had to be switched from None to View Only. Very odd issue.
