ZPA Connector "starting"

I have a client that when the connector comes on line it takes quite a while to start talking to Zscaler. I’m used to “instant”

I’m getting the message “Connector not yet connected to config channel (uninitialized)”
when I do sudo systemctl status zpa-connector

after a few minutes and it finally starts talking.

Any thoughts?

Client says nothing is watching the traffic etc.

Anything more verbose or useful when running journalctl -xe after starting the service?
