One for your location users are not able to access a server via ZPA. while in ZPA diagnosis logs I can see this status “SE: Connection closed by Service Edge” and action is allowed.
But user cant connect with the application.
I am not able to find info about this status…
Try enabling tcp keep alive on app segment

you can find option under app segment config
The problem should be on the local server. I was managed by solve this by taking action based on the logs on the server itself.
