ZPA not working on JIOFIBER all of a sudden

ZPA not working on JIOFIBER all of a sudden since 2 days.
works on Vi internet though
Was working earlier on Jiofiber daily since 2 years.
ZPA just stays on connecting on Jiofiber now
reset network connection, restart router done but no luck
