ZPA - performance troubleshooting & service status

Do you have a ZPA guidance article for 1) troubleshooting performance issues 2) checking real-time service status ?

My WFH experience over past weeks 4 weeks into London has included periods of significant internet performance degradation (70%-80%). Appears related to ZScaler London POP as parallel PC using BT and same echo servers is consistently 4 times faster.

Peter, real time status updates are available on https://trust.zscaler.com/ for ZPA, you will need to select the cloud as Zscaler Private Access. The status of individual DCs are published under Cloud Status. Recently, on April 22 there was an issue where users connecting through London DC were experiencing intermittent timeouts.
