Zscaler App requires restart

Hi All,

Facing issue with some machines where outlook, internet or VPN stops working. In that case, it is identified that Zsacler Application needs to be double-clicked & ten everything starts working fine.

This App is already part of Startup application & works fine on most of the machines. However, it is seen sometimes that when a machine is restarted, issue occurs & the only solution to that is double-click the Zscaler app.

With VPN, it is seen that server connection entry is deleted & that enrty needs to be entered.

This is being faced at one of my customer location & is one of the top-call driver which customer wants to eliminate.

Please help in resolving this issue.
