I have complete Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional - Internet Access (ZCCP-IA) e Learning Training.

As per the instruction i have purchase one 1 x ZCES-EDU-LABCREDIT Training credit.
as i have book slot today’s date i.e. at 10:30 pm IST or 9:00 am PST time.

Still i have not received any zoom link and meeting update on portal as well on mail.

Please confirm does zoom session will be start on portal itself ?

Dear,

I have registered or purchase LAB credit with my Gmail ID and i have received receipt on same, mail ID .

unfortunately passcode not received on Gmail ID.

My humble request to the Zscaler Training Team to reschedule LAB meeting next available slot and share the passcode on my Gmail ID that .

my Gmail ID already I have sent over training@zscaler.com.
