I have the following problem: the client connector cannot be started by clicking on ‘Open Zscaler’ in the tray menu. I can see an empty, white window and nothing happens.
I have the version 188.8.131.52. I have tried to reinstall the application but it didn’t help.
Could you please help me?
Hello, do you have any other endpoint agents on the machine? That release is nearly a year old. Can you try installing something in the 3.8 range and report back as well as see if there is anything on the machine that could be preventing the ZCC service from fully enabling itself.
Agree with Pat but will also suggest 2x additional actions:
- Test WMI on the workstation in question (Get-WmiObject -Class Win32_OperatingSystem | Format-List -Property *)
- Check Windows Firewall or Defender ATP exceptions
