AWS Access Issues via ZPA (Windows)

This is our ZPA configuration

  1. We have installed ZPA Connector on AWS
  2. ACL the ZPA Connector IP on your AWS account
  3. Due to AWS ACL setting, access is not possible unless through ZPA

No problem on Mac OS
It only happens on Windows
(Mac OS and Windows use the same Forwarding Profile)
(Access Policy is the same)

It doesn’t seem to go through the ZPA Connector when accessing AWS.
No access to AWS and no logs in ZPA Live Log

Has anyone seen this problem?
