Captive Portal error

We are getting captive portal in the office corporate network.

can we have a solution for this?

What OS & version, and what Client Connector version are you using?

Are you the admin for your company? Is the network you are on a trusted network by the company?

When you say a captive portal error, what does that mean exactly? Are you connected to your companies guest network or similar?

The issue has been resolved. The FW team didn’t whitelist the zscaler Mumbai VI ip subnet. That’s why it’s causing the issue.
