Has anyone ran into issues getting the Cisco IP Phone to work over ZPA? I’ve created an application segment containing the IP addresses of the CUCM, TFTP and Gateway servers. I’m able to place a call but there is no incoming or outgoing audio. This works fine over traditional VPN.
Unified communications like SIP phones, etc will not work over ZPA. Largely this is because they require server to client communication and ZPA is only client-to-server today. Cisco, like most on-premises VoIP solutions will recommend a Session Border Controller such as a Cisco Expressway server to enable them to work over the Internet, or they will offer a Cloud-based solution.
