Enrolled to wrong time zone

Hi,

I was checking the available labs for ZCCP-IA LAB and accidentally clicked to enroll button for different time zone. Its on pending approval stage. Is possible to cancel it. I already emailed to training address but I want to ask from here too.

Have another question, Do you have any resource regarding to online labs? How many attendees will be there. Is it a classroom based Zoom training or one to one? Is there any quiz section during the lab? Couldnt find any details.

Hi Kenan,

There is a max of 9 students per class. Each student will have their own pod of equipment and Zscaler account/tenant. It is virtual, over Zoom. There will be an instructor there the whole time to lecture and help with the labs. There are no quizzes during the lab. If you are able to complete all of the labs in the allotted time then you will be granted the ZCCP Certification.
