Is there a better mechanism in the roadmap to inform of a change to the primary zen node BEFORE it affects end-users? Getting flooded with queries and spending 2 days to discover that MaxMind incorrectly matched only after asking affected users to go to ip.zscaler.com is not ideal.
We announce any changes in our data centers at least 60 days in advance. These announcement are made to all affected customers using the technical contacts informations. In addition we have a self registration trust.zscaler.com site that allows anyone to subscribe to any announcement including outages, upgrades or changes to our infrastructure.
