Is it necessary to upload the certificate used to access the remote desktop server to the ZPA Admin Portal?
End user goes through ZPA to access to the remote desktop server.

Certificates are needed if you are using browser access type of connection. Client connector based connections doesn’t to need certificates to be uploaded into the admin portal.

Thanks for your reply.
Our user’s environment use Client Connector, not Browser Access.
So we will try to access the remote desktop server without uploading the certificate to the zpa admin portal.

Yes, You can do the same for applications which accessing through the client connector.
