Unable to connect


running into browser update error, but chrome mozilla are upto date
please help me to resolve this issue

A little more detail required please, which Windows and Zscaler client version are you running on ?

Im using Win10 and zscaler 3.1.0.117

and what is your ‘default’ browser configured as …Microsoft Edge or Chromium Edge ?
Is this happening on a newly imaged machine or happing for all users ?

Client version should be upgraded to 3.5.108 and above
