ZIA subscriptions expiration

Hi, we use Zscaler in our company.
We are in the process of renewing our subscriptions, which are going to expire in few days.
However we have a little burocracy delay and we are running out of time.
Our sales representative reassured me that there will be a sort of “grace period” and in any case the service is not going to stop in the exact expiration day. (we are a customer since several years and have a decent amount of subscriptions)
I have to trust him, however, given that I never faced a renewal so far, I would like to hear the experience from someone who was in this same situation.
