ZPA- connection error

Hello All,

We are getting “connection error” while connecting to ZPA. to mitigate this issue we need to re-login Zapp. this is happening with 4-5 users on daily basis.

while connecting to ZIA, everything works fine(same user).

What are the possible causes?

Prithviraj, I recommend opening a Support case, and attaching ZApp logs for the affected users. This will allow us to review the logs and advise on a resolution.

I think we had this error when our SAML token was too large. We had to upgrade Zapp from v1.5 to v2.1
