Zscaler Service State Changes

My support folks use ZDX to aid in the troubleshooting of network performance problems. In some cases they’ll see the following message:

Followed by this message a few minutes later:

Then finally:

So if you look at the timestamps, the service became disabled at 3:41. Five minutes the state changes to enabled. Then 10 minutes later it disables itself again.

What could be causing these issues? Any thoughts?

Better also check the Zscaler Client Connector logs on the machines that the ZDX informed you about.

It could a fail open state when there was an issue with the Zscaler Edge etc.:
